Warranty Terms:

• • All Units come with Hardware Replacement Warranty
  • All Hardware like RAM , Processor , Hard Drive , SSD , FAN , Power Supply , Motherboard is Covered under Hardware Replacement Warranty 
  • In case of any part failure during the Warranty period, we will supply the replacement part free of charge. this includes shipping to the client 
  • our Warranty terms is return to Depot Free Parts and labor  
  • Buyers outside of GTA need to replace the parts by-self or at their own cost 
  • We may need defective part returned to us for Warranty Exchange 
  • Any Battery installed in the Server , WorkStation , Desktop Computer and Laptop is not covered under the Hardware Warranty 
  • Transfer of Manufacturer’s  Warranty is not included
  • NEW SSD and Hard Drive are under Manufacturer Warranty , Buyer need to contact manufacturer directly for the Warranty Claim 
  • Side Panel / Cover is sealed with Security Sticker , Opening Side Cove for any reason whatsoever will Void the Warranty  
  • No Warranty on any Software and any Programs compatibility issue 
  • No Guarantee on any Add on Hardware or Hardware Upgrade other then specs purchased from us 
  • No Compatibility Guarantee of any Future upgrade of any Hardware other then only the specs in the original purchase from us  

• • Extended warranty is also available for 10% of the total purchase price per 1 Year
  • for Example if you product cost is $1000 then Extended Warranty will coat $100 per 1 Year 
  • Max up to 3 Years of Warranty offered.
  • to Add Extended warranty please contact us with your product specs and we will send you the customized invoice 
  • Extended Warranty can be added at the time of Purchase or within 30 Days of the Purchase Date 

Product Condition :

• • All Products are off-Leased Used or Refurbished units as mentioned in the product listing page other than the stated NEW
  • Software , License , Subscription , User Manual , installation Guide and Accessories are not included.
  • Power Cable not included but can be provided if requested at the time of purchase 
  • Fully Tested and Working units 
  • General Wear and Tear Marks , Casing may have scuff mark and scratches 
  • No broken or dented casing 

Payment Policy :

• • All Prices are in Canadian Dollars, TAX and Shipping charges will add at time of checkout 
  • We Charge TAX from all Canadian Buyers based on the Provincial TAX Rate
  • For non-Canadian Buyers, we charge in US Dollars at the Current Exchange Rate 
  • For Pickup orders, we take Cash,  Debit Card,  Visa , Master Card and American Express payment at our store
  • For Local Delivery orders, we take e-Transfer (email Transfer/ Interac online) and also accept Cash on Delivery
  • For Shipping orders, we take online Credit Card Payments through PayPal , to make e-transfer payment please contact us 
  • From Corporate clients we also take Certified Cheques , Direct Deposit and  Wire Transfer 
  • From Corporate clients P.O ( Purchase Order ) accepted with NET 30 Days with OAC Terms

Return and Refunds Policy 

No Return , Exchange only in case of DOA and damaged items during shipping  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the damage 

Please do not send your purchase back to the OEM Manufacturer

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted , in case returened item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may subject to 10% Restocking fee

Once your return is received and inspected, We will issue a refund and notify you of the status within 2 Business Days 

Refunded Credit amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment 

PayPal refund may take upto 30 days to reflect on your credit card , If you haven’t received a refund yet please check your Bank or Credit Card company .

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. please call or email us and then send your item to: 491 Brimley Road # 8 , Scarborough , ONT , M1J 1A4 , Canada

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product please ship it to 491 Brimley Road # 8 , Scarborough, ONT , M1J 1A4

in case of DOA or Damaged During Shipping , Delta Server Store will pay the return Shipping Charges

in case of return for warranty Repair Buyer will be responsible for paying for return to Depot shipping costs 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
